Depending on the case, we can understand that it is not only about preparation at a technical level, which includes theoretical knowledge and a level of communication to overcome the typical obstacles of these social and economic problems, but also at an emotional level, since rulers never cease to be persons, sentient beings who are obliged to communicate with others from humanity before from your office.

The second sentence introduces us to a person who has taken it upon himself to buy enough food to face the cold of winter. Let’s not forget that in some parts of the world, low temperatures are compounded by snow and rain, which make it very difficult to leave the house. Lastly, we mentioned that no one is likely to have the emotional resources necessary to get through a tragedy: No matter how much we prepare, the loss of a loved one, a war or a natural disaster are situations that often overcome us.

In this case we have a similar meaning to the previous one, although it no longer refers to the tools available to a person but to the state of a process. The first example speaks of the Pan American Games, confirming that “everything” is ready, that is, that the organization has come to an end and the event can start without problem. The second tells us that the staff of a museum have already finished the preparations to receive a certain Congress. Finally, the speaker asks his interlocutor to tidy up his apartment before the guests arrive.
